Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced YouTube Ads & Video Marketing Expert who has a proven track record in creating, optimizing, and scaling YouTube advertising campaigns that deliver qualified leads and sales meetings for B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in audience targeting, creative storytelling, analytics, and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end YouTube Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Develop compelling video ad scripts, storyboards, and creatives to engage decision-makers.
- Perform detailed audience research and targeting to reach small and medium business owners in the USA.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for maximum ROI .
- Implement A / B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead quality and appointment conversion.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations .
- Keep up to date with YouTube Ads trends, Google Ads policies, and best practices .
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience running successful YouTube Ads campaigns, preferably for B2B.Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and YouTube advertising formats (skippable, non-skippable, bumper, discovery).Proven experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.Excellent skills in video content creation, editing, and storytelling .Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.).Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Preferred Skills :
