Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products (MPPT Charge Controllers, Solar Inverters, Home UPS, etc.).
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers in simple terms.
- Prepare and share quotations, product brochures, and technical documents through email / WhatsApp.
- Work closely with the field sales team for lead conversion and order closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM / ERP.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with service / technical teams to resolve customer queries.
- Update customers on new products, offers, and company initiatives
Qualification
Btech, Degree or Diploma in ElectronicsHindi and English language Skill is mandatorySkills Required
