Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - Strategic and Leadership Hiring to drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong business understanding, deep networks, and proven experience hiring mid-senior to CXO-level talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership Hiring & Talent Acquisition

• Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Director, VP, and CXO-level roles across functions.
• Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand role requirements, organizational priorities, and succession needs.
• Drive talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence to identify and attract top leadership talent.
• Build robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, market mapping, headhunting, referrals, events, etc.).
• Manage complex interview processes, stakeholder schedules, and candidate communication with high professionalism.
