Role Description
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and helping customers succeed?
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive
B2B SaaS sales
in the
Delhi region.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SaaS product selling, a strong understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers across industries. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for Neuailes’ SaaS solutions, including but not limited to GoDMARC, neuMails, and GoSimulator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential B2B customers in target industries.
Use channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and referrals for lead generation.
Research accounts to understand decision-makers, pain points, and buying behaviors.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Present Neuailes SaaS solutions (GoDMARC, neuMails, GoSimulator) to CXOs, IT heads, and Marketing leaders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → demo → negotiation → closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and upselling opportunities.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with technical teams for product demos, POCs, and RFP responses.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to respective heads.
Requirements
3 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience (email / cybersecurity / MarTech preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based sales.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Delhi / NCR-based with willingness to travel within the region.
