About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Visiting Faculty in Brand Management to engage students with practical insights into branding strategies, consumer behavior, and marketing communication. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students to understand how strong brands are built, managed, and sustained in today's competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging lectures and workshops on Brand Management and related subjects (e.g., Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Communication).
- Design course content, lesson plans, assignments, and case studies aligned with the curriculum.
- Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and industry projects to enhance experiential learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, presentations, and project work.
- Provide academic and career guidance to students interested in marketing and brand-related careers.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective delivery and course improvement.
- Participate in guest lectures, seminars, and marketing-related academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management (MBA preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in teaching or industry experience in branding, marketing, or communications.In-depth understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer insights, and digital branding trends .Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience with case-based or experiential teaching methods .Ability to connect theoretical concepts with real industry scenarios.Familiarity with digital marketing and brand analytics tools is an added advantage.Skills Required
