What your day-to-day will look like :

• Analyze current space utilization and develop data-driven occupancy strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement space plans.
• Conduct regular occupancy audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage space allocation requests and coordinate moves, adds, and changes.
• Develop and maintain occupancy reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with workplace standards and regulations.
