We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager / Paid Advertising Lead to join our remote team and lead performance across Google, TikTok, and Facebook Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, TikTok, and Meta.
• Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns that meet aggressive growth targets.
• Manage budgets, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Test creatives, hooks, and audience segments to identify what converts.
• Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance insights.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
