About The Job

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate within the team to drive results inclusive of traditional and emerging public relations tactics for your clients. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your accounts – their business, products, markets, and industry influencers; and will convey this knowledge credibly to members of your account team and to the media, driving media relations results. You will be part of a growing practice in a growing organization that inspires everyone to push limits and embody our “Fearless pursuit of the unexpected”. With over 24 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, Zeno provides you with real hands-on experience, while giving you the opportunity to work on multi-market accounts and tap into a huge array of global resources.

Responsibilities

Foster and maintain relationships with clients across varied industries, internal agency partners and relevant external organizations

Ensure operational excellence and quality output while maintaining deadlines

Identify and manage relations with key journalists and influencers within the B2B Technology media realm

End-to-end account execution of traditional and emerging B2B Technology PR strategies - news tracking, daily client reporting, updating media lists, campaign execution, vendor negotiations, creating minutes of meetings, keeping track of progress, media follow-ups, RSVP management, etc.

Execute multiple projects simultaneously, completing them on time and on budget

Draft basic press release, pitch notes, articles, Q&A documents, briefing documents, formal email to clients, among other content pieces

Accurately translate and create media monitoring documents, conduct research, and turn data into insights

Confidently give status updates and present ideas at client meetings

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and support the management during new business pitches

About You

PR is your passion, and you have 1-2 years of experience servicing corporate and / or enterprise technology clients; agency experience preferred

You are adaptable and eager to build your skills to service clients across industries, demonstrating a willingness to learn and innovate outside your comfort zone.

A deep understanding of integrated communications. Digitally savvy, personally, and professionally. You understand that any client program should be rounded out with social elements in today’s world

Love all things technology (Do you follow your favorite reporters’ twitter feeds? Geek out on new tech innovations?)

People recognize your excellent writing and verbal communication skills

A can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit are what you’re all about

You have organizational skills that keep everything humming along
