Program Associate / Coordinator

This is NOT an entry level role. The role requires minimum of 2 years of experience.

Kara Medical Foundation is looking for the right candidate to join our small, mission-driven team in Delhi NCR.

The role will initially focus on a project for visually impaired students, aimed at building digital literacy through smartphones and accessible technology. This role is ideal for someone who is able to structure and coordinate in fast-moving, start-up style projects, is adept at setting up systems and processes in new initiatives, and is passionate about inclusion and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the programs.
• Support and conduct assistive technology training sessions .
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Liaise with universities, students, NGOs, and project partners.
• Assist with office administration and email management under the Trustee's guidance.
• Assist in project setup, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Adapt and problem-solve in a fast-moving, evolving project environment.
• Will need to provide flexible support to Kara's broader projects .
