Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team managing the end-to-end M&A deal cycle, from origination to closure, for internal acquisitions.
- Originate and cultivate strong relationships with clients, including onshore teams, CXOs, industry promoters, and stakeholders.
- Perform do-ability studies of transactions and present findings to Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Analyze buy prices, transaction feasibility, and allocate internal resources for deal execution.
- Prepare deal origination materials, pitch books, buyer / target identification, and presentations.
- Perform valuation analyses using precedent transactions, trading comparatives, or DCF methods.
- Develop extensive business plans and financial models.
- Assist in financial diligence processes and prepare information memorandums, management presentations, and teasers.
- Lead client meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due diligence, SPH agreements, and ensure timely transaction closure.
- Contribute to building a sector-focused M&A practice with front-end execution support.
- Drive the implementation of new analytics techniques and enhance process efficiency.
- Develop intellectual capital and contribute to industry-focused research and insights.
