The Role

We’re looking for a  Regional Retail Head  to lead Isomeds’ growth and operations in your region.

You’ll own the  P&L, expansion, and performance  of all retail outlets — driving consistent execution, local trust, and profitability across stores.

If you’ve scaled branches, QSRs, or retail networks in emerging cities and love running high-accountability teams — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the  regional retail network  – from new store launches to steady-state profitability.
• Drive  sales growth, cost control, and operational excellence
• Build & mentor a high-performing team of Area and Store Managers.
• Identify and onboard  new FOFO partners and retail locations .
• Run  local activation campaigns  (health camps, clinic tie-ups, community marketing).
• Ensure  standardized customer experience  across every Isomeds outlet.
