In this role, you’ll be the face of Kapable for our prospective learners, managing the entire lead journey from the first interaction to onboarding. You’ll combine empathy with strategy, handle both inbound and outbound conversations, and ensure every lead receives a personalized and seamless experience through the funnel.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of leads — from qualification to onboarding — ensuring timely engagement at every stage.
• Plan and execute structured outreach for inbound, outbound, and reactivation leads to maximize pipeline velocity.
