Program Management Lead

Role Overview

The

Program Management Lead

will be responsible for institutionalizing the

program management and review structure

for the organization. This role will ensure that large-scale initiatives are executed effectively, tracked rigorously, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and operationalize a

program management framework

covering initiatives across cell, packs, ESS, and chargers.

Set up

governance mechanisms

– steering committees, dashboards, review cadence, and reporting structures.

Develop and implement

standardized tools, templates, and processes

for project tracking and execution.

Partner with business leaders to

translate strategy into actionable programs and milestones .

Monitor progress, flag risks, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.

Provide regular

execution updates to the Head Strategy, leadership team, and Board .

Mentor and build a

program management culture

across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / Master’s in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Engineering.

10–12 years’ experience in

program / project management or strategy execution , preferably in

energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors .

Strong knowledge of

program governance, PMO practices, and review systems .

Proficiency in tools such as

MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent program management platforms .

Excellent

leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills .

Ability to

drive accountability

in a cross-functional environment.
