We are looking for an innovative Product Manager with a passion for AI / ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the next wave of automation and intelligence in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Work Environment)

In this role, you will :

Shape and execute a visionary AI / ML product strategy for RCM solutions.

Drive automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows in claims processing, denial management, and revenue enhancement.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver robust, user-centric features.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Integra Connect at the forefront.

Engage with end users to solve real-world challenges and improve operational outcomes.

What we’re looking for :

7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on AI / ML.

Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and automation in enterprise or healthcare software.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience with revenue cycle management or healthcare workflows is a plus, but a passion for AI innovation is essential.

Bonus points for :

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).

Experience with BI / analytics platforms and payer-provider dynamics.
