Role Overview : We're seeking an imaginative and proactive UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life through authentic, engaging social content. You'll help transform our designs into visuals that resonate with our audience across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more.
Monthly Salary : 50,000-60,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Produce original photo and video content featuring STITCH STORIES apparel — styling, product demos, 'day-to-night' looks, behind-the-scenes, try-on hauls, etc.
- Create UGC that feels genuine, audience-driven and aligned with our brand voice and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing / design team to brainstorm campaign ideas, seasonal themes, and influencer-led content.
- Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram Reels / Stories, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest) and adapt for paid social when needed.
- Track content performance, provide insights on what's working (engagement, shares, saves) and iterate.
- Maintain a regular content calendar aligned with new-arrivals, collections, launches, sales events.
Requirements :
1-3+ years of experience creating UGC for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.Strong visual storytelling skills : good sense of framing, lighting, editing (mobile or desktop).Comfortable in front of camera or directing / producing shoots.Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) trends and formats.Creative mindset : you bring ideas, not just execution.Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback, pivot fast.A passion for women's fashion and an ability to reflect STITCH STORIES' aesthetic (modern, stylish, versatile).Based in Delhi NCR with ability to work in person 6 days a weekNice to Have :
Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).Experience working with micro-influencers or coordinating collaborations.A portfolio or reel of UGC content you've created.Strong personal Instagram presence (optional but helpful).Skills Required
