About the Founder : Punj Rajan, an IIT Kharagpur graduate and former BCG consultant, brings a strong understanding of consumer psychology and brand building. The brand is backed by Kae Capital and marquee angels including Harsha (CEO, Swiggy), Malini (CEO, The Deconstruct), and Rinshul (ex-COO, Zomato), giving it both credibility and the conviction to scale globally.

This is a founding seat at the table! we're looking for a Chief of Reels : someone who lives and breathes content. You're obsessed with storytelling, plugged into our ecosystem, and see the world through the lens of a camera. You'll lead the short-form storytelling engine - from script to screen - creating cultural moments that people don't just watch, but feel.

What You'll Do

• Create & Direct : Write and direct scroll-stopping short-form content that's witty, bold, and made to trend.
• Build IPs : Conceptualize and script recurring content formats and series that build our brand universe - think hero's journeys, cultural parodies, and everyday legends.
• Shape Characters : Spot and nurture personalities (including yourself!) that can bring our reels to life.
• Collaborate & Execute : Work closely with video editors, designers, and the founder to bring wild ideas to life with precision and punch.
• Stay On the Floor : Be hands-on - brainstorming, shooting, and experimenting every day in our Bangalore studio.
• Play with Culture : Constantly tap into trends, memes, and moods that move the internet.
