Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Site Engineer  to oversee daily operations on construction or project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that technical specifications are met, safety protocols are followed, and timelines and budgets are adhered to. The Site Engineer acts as a liaison between the office-based project team and on-site contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Interpret and execute construction drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and delays.
• Ensure materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labour reports, and material tracking.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Help prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
