Job description
About the role - you will :
- Instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our AI-driven solutions
- Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions to facilitate the seamless launch of new products
- Manage beta testing phases to gather critical feedback on product features and issues
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-release
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials and programs for end-users to ensure effective product usage
- Be working closely with product development teams to identify, document, and address any product issues or enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the end-users and the technical team, translating technical information into user-friendly language
- Monitor product performance and user experience post-release, offering proactive support and troubleshooting assistance
- Collect and analyze user feedback to inform future product developments and improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technology trends and best practices to provide expert advice and support to our customers
- Provide prompt engineering and best practices on the use of the solution to achieve the best results and outcomes

Experienced in customer support aspectsExperienced in gathering and digesting training materials to create and engaging and informative training sessionExperienced in knowledge transfer, focusing on the ability to explain complicated concepts according to the relevant audienceExperienced in GenAI concepts and prompt engineeringMotivated and eager to learn new concepts and skillsKnowledge and understanding of GenAI technologiesStrong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong self-learning skills and self-developmentYour experience includes :
Experience and motivation for customer support and technical supportUnderstanding of AI concepts and applications, with the ability to explain complex technical details in simple termsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and empowering othersExperience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or webinarsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentFluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plusSkills Required
