Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Inner Sales role located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting the company's services to address their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales consultations, and managing sales accounts. The Inner Sales Representative will also collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve revenue targets, while ensuring client satisfaction through continuous communication and support.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on driving revenue and meeting targets
Experience in Training and supporting the professional development of team members
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines under pressure
Relevant qualification
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
Language skills - Hindi, Marathi and English would be an excellent combination. A good command over speaking skills.
