Responsible for end-to-end execution of wind projects including commissioning, STPT, PCT, and HOTO to OMS & Customer—within the defined budget and timeline. Ensure zero fatalities and 100% quality adherence in all customer deliverables.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Project Execution & Planning
- Optimize project construction plans to meet budget and contractual obligations without deviation from the approved execution plan
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and implement action plans
- Ensure project execution aligns with cost, quality, and timeline commitments
- Monitor performance norms and drive improvements in execution efficiency
2. Customer & Vendor Management
Manage customer relations to ensure smooth execution and handoverCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work as per contractual points (CPs)Ensure Work Completion Certificates (WCCs) are signed off before invoice acceptanceMaintain cordial relations with vendors and ensure timely payment processing3. Compliance & Safety (HSE / QAP)
Implement and ensure adherence to HSE plans and Quality Assurance Protocols (QAP)Promote safety culture and enforce compliance among all stakeholdersEnsure 100% reporting and closure of Unsafe Conditions (UC), Unsafe Acts (UA), and Near MissesEnsure zero fatalities and maintain a safe working environment4.
