Engineer - MEP

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the design and execution of HVAC (Mechanical) , Electrical , and Plumbing systems.
• Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions from consultants and contractors.
• Ensure alignment of MEP services with architectural and structural designs for smooth project delivery.
• Oversee on-site execution, inspect MEP installations, and ensure work is as per standards and project schedule.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory norms.
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning of MEP systems before handover.
• Coordinate utility connections, load calculations, pump sizing, duct layouts, electrical load distribution, and water supply / drainage systems.
• Handle BOQ verification, material approvals, and support in billing / certification processes.
