MEP Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Project

Review and optimize MEP drawings for design accuracy and service efficiency

Provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards

Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution

Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards

Lead sustainability initiatives (STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, green building)

Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets

Should be good hand on high end equipment’s installation and commissioning

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and / or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience in the same role
