(Immediate Start) Receptionist and Telecaller

Position Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle both front-desk and telecalling responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls and respond to student / parent inquiries regarding study abroad programs.
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries to generate walk-ins and appointments.
• Welcome visitors and provide information about Uni Ark's services and processes.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and walk-ins in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with counselors and other team members for smooth student handling.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining office decorum.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements :

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Saturday 9 : 30 AM -2 : 00 PM

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
