Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.
- Confirm schedules with hiring managers and arrange candidate travel, if applicable.
- Champion the candidate interview and pre-boarding experience by partnering closely with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
- Support Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Operations to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
- Assist with or conduct various HR tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Manage time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all recruitment and HR processes.
