As an MSP Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find,
hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly manage, coach and develop team
members and provide day-to-day supervision. You will monitor and assist team members in a
matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met. Develop and maintain a
positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders.

Maintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesAct as backup to manager in communicating with client and team memberswhat you need to bring :
Strong customer focus and customer service skillsDegree holder with atleast 4 years experience in staffing or MSP account managementShould have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 team members andexcellent stakeholder management.
Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools / solutionsExcellent communication, multitasking and organizational skillsExperience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actionsStrong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and asystems-thinking style
