Are you an experienced Cyber Security Architect ready to take the next step in your career with an iconic Australian brand with a global footprint?

We're looking for a Chapter Lead – Cyber Security Architecture to guide and inspire a talented team of 8–12 Security Architects. In this role, you'll drive secure architecture design and provide expert consultation across the organisation. This position sits within Global Networks & Technology – Security & Operations, the team responsible for protecting Telstra’s critical assets and infrastructure. You'll enjoy a unique blend of strategic leadership (30%) and hands-on technical delivery (70%), giving you the opportunity to shape our security architecture practices and play a key role in Telstra’s Cyber Assurance journey.

What You’ll Do

Leadership :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Security Architects
• Manage contractor resources and allocation effectively
• Align team efforts with Telstra’s Cyber Assurance processes and frameworks
• Contribute to wider Cyber Assurance and Security Enablement standards and initiatives.
