Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Durability Analysis Engineers to develop and optimize FEA models for vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fatigue life evaluation, vibration endurance, and load-bearing analysis for complete vehicle structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed FEA models for vehicle durability and fatigue life prediction.
• Perform road load data analysis and correlate with CAE fatigue results.
• Use tools like Ncode, Abaqus, and Nastran for cyclic load and damage prediction.
• Optimize structural load paths, material fatigue thresholds, and road load transfers.
• Design and execute durability test plans for vehicle systems and components.
• Correlate virtual to physical test results and document recommendations.

Required Skills

Expertise in Durability / Fatigue Analysis

Strong in FEA tools – Ncode, Abaqus, Nastran, ANSA

Experience with chassis, suspension, body structures, and powertrain mounts

Ability to simulate and validate solutions for real-world conditions
