5-7 years of work experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management like Service Assurance area (monitoring, reconciliation etc.), any CMDB tool or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with tools such as BMC, Remedy / Helix, Jira ServiceNow Management, or Micro Focus Service Manager.
Strong practical understanding of ITIL Frameworks and core ITSM Process.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must have 5-7 years of technical working experience
Be willing to accept to work in any location as required that includes Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, or Bhuvaneswar
Have English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Certifications :
Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
