Role Description

This is a full-time job oporttunity for a Senior Technician in Sales & Marketing. The Senior Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with farmers & dealers, supporting sales activities, providing technical ideas for Farmers to increase the Culture & get a Good Harvest. The role involves collaborating with various farmers & dealers to achieve sales targets and improve sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting famers, dealers, exploring new business area to improve sales & marketing and provide daily update to the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

Excellent Customer Service skills

Strong Communication and Negotiation skills

Experience in Aquaculture Sales and Marketing

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proven experience in a similar role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
