We’re currently looking for an Senior Analyst / / Team Leader / / AM / / Manager - Asset Management and I think you could be a good fit. Job Title : Senior Analyst / / Team Leader / / AM / / Manager - Asset Management - IC Role

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Job Overview :

Advanced Excel proficiency , including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools

Strong accounting knowledge , with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Analytical mindset

with a proactive approach to :

Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks

Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements

Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team

Critical thinker

who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting

Clear communicator

who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner

Project management skills , including :

Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines

Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

Collaborative attitude , comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership

Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
