Job Overview
The Chief Branding Officer (CBO) is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates the company's image, strengthens customer loyalty, and drives business growth. The CBO oversees all brand-related activities, ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand identity across all touchpoints and channels. This executive role collaborates closely with marketing, product, communications, and leadership teams to align the brand with company objectives and market trends.
What you'll do
- Define and lead the company's brand vision, strategy, and positioning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, regions, and products.
- Translate the brand vision into actionable and measurable plans.
- Lead and inspire the branding, creative, and communications teams.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, HR, sales, and other departments to integrate brand values into all organizational functions.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align branding with overall business strategy.
- Oversee the development of all brand assets (logo, design systems, messaging, tone of voice).
- Guide advertising campaigns, content creation, and visual storytelling.
- Supervise internal and external creative resources and agencies.
- Leverage data and insights to understand customer behavior and market trends.
- Drive brand perception studies, customer feedback loops, and competitive benchmarking.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
- Continuously refine brand strategies based on performance and evolving trends.
- Safeguard the brand's reputation across all public and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent and positive brand experiences for customers, employees, and partners.
Preferred qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of brand management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success in developing and scaling brand strategies globally or regionally.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Experience with digital branding, brand storytelling, and customer experience strategies.Creative mindset with strong business acumen.Preferred Attributes :
