Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead brand strategy, marketing innovation, and customer engagement across all verticals. The CMO will play a pivotal role in scaling the Age Well brand nationally and globally — driving growth through storytelling, partnerships, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company vision.
Oversee brand building, communication, and public relations initiatives.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new nutraceutical products and wellness offerings.
Manage digital marketing, creative direction, influencer partnerships, and media campaigns.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and engagement.
Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, pricing, and innovation strategy.
Mentor and guide marketing teams to maintain creative excellence and executional precision.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of senior marketing experience , ideally in
nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG .
Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand growth, and product launches.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Passionate about wellness, longevity, and innovative lifestyle brands.
