Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Manager with a strong background in .NET development, AWS cloud , and SAFe Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for leading high-performing engineering teams, managing end-to-end software delivery, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers working on .NET-based applications deployed on AWS.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and QA to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) in accordance with SAFe Agile principles.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Monitor project health and proactively address technical risks, resource gaps, and blockers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI / CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and team performance metrics.
