Analyst - Supply Chain Solutions

Job Responsibilities :

• Drive the analytics of supply chain solutions / Network design / Warehousing Design - Modelling of historical transaction data to arrive at optimal, tech-enabled end-to-end supply chain solutions in terms of Network footprint and Mode of transportation to reduce fulfilment cost and time
• Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide actionable recommendations on processes
• Conceptualize & create automated tools as per business requirements
• Identify & tracking business KPIs & associated metrics by highlighting progress and proactively identifying issues / improvement areas
• The candidate is required to work with cross-functional teams, from BD to engineering and operations to corporate finance to stitch together solutions that solve customers' needs. The candidate must have the drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership
• The candidate is expected to be highly analytical and data-driven while being a hustler and problem solver. The candidate must thrive in a high-performance environment and possess strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
