Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Workplace Operations at Natixis, your responsibilities will include :

Supporting the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region.

Ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.

Managing the India Workplace OPEX and CAPEX annual budget while ensuring cost efficiency.

Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions.

Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.

Required Skills

To be a great fit for this role, you should have :

Strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.

Analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment.

Ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions.

Experience

5+ years of overall experience in workplace operations or related fields.

4-6 years of experience specifically managing or working with corporate real estate or facility management technologies.

Prior experience in vendor management and operational efficiency roles.
