Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Problem Solving
- Identify business bottlenecks, design data-backed solutions, and work cross functionally to execute interventions to assist sales & ops teams
- Lead critical projects across sales and operations to improve productivity, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.
- Account management of alliance relationships and drive wallet share across strategic partners
Business Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics, performance KPIs, and revenue trends.Guide city teams with actionable insights on partner engagement and retentionConduct deep-dives into sales funnels, conversion rates, and process drop-offs to generate actionable insights.Track performance of key initiatives and create leadership reports with sharp, insight-led narratives.Inter-Departmental Collaboration
Act as a connector between Sales, Ops, Finance, Product, and Training teams to drive alignment and remove execution roadblocks.Ensure timely data flow, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for high impact projects.Execution Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of key strategic programs – from design to rollout and tracking outcomes.Drive adherence to timelines and rigor in execution by managing stakeholders across levels.Requirements :
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Ops, or similar roles in operations focused B2B, fintech, or high-growth startupsStrong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Demonstrated ability to translate data into business action with strong executionExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
