What You’ll Own

Design and iterate

mechanisms, linkages, gear trains, and motion systems

in

SolidWorks .

Convert concept sketches into

production-ready assemblies and 2D drawings

with BOMs.

Perform

motion studies, tolerance stack-ups, and interference checks ; apply

DFMA

principles.

Prototype using

3D printing / laser cutting / CNC

and refine based on real test feedback.

Prepare detailed

technical documentation

— drawings, specifications, test reports, and assembly manuals.

Success Looks Like

Cut

design-to-prototype time by 40–50%

using modular, parametric CAD.

Deliver

zero-ambiguity fabrication drawings

that machinists love.

Achieve

95% fit accuracy

on first-iteration assemblies.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience :

0–1 year (Freshers with strong project or internship experience are welcome).

Education :

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering.

Must-Have Skills :

SolidWorks proficiency — Assemblies, Drawings, Motion, and Simulation.

Strong understanding of mechanisms, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Hands-on mindset and curiosity to build, test, and learn.

Nice to Have : Experience with

actuators (stepper / servo / DC)

or motion mechanisms.

Familiarity with

3D printing, laser cutting, DFMA, and GD&T.

Compensation
