Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

Hands-on expertise in CAD / CAE software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of

CEMILAC certification processes, MIL-STD, and DEF-STAN standards .

Proven experience in tooling, metallic component manufacturing, and vendor management.

Familiarity with composite processing and defense-grade material specifications is desirable.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders : vendors, certification agencies, internal teams.

High accountability and ownership of deliverables in a defense manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline

8–12 years

of experience in aerospace / defense product development, QA, and supply chain
