About the Role

As a Product Designer-II , at Innovaccer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and resonate with our customers. You will translate complex business needs into intuitive, user-focused designs while mentoring junior designers and guiding our design principles.

A Day in the life

• Collaborative Design Development : Partner with product managers, developers, and designers to develop innovative solutions across multiple projects. You will define and design interfaces for various devices and platforms, and handle end-to-end design for large-scale projects.
• Creating Visuals and Prototypes : Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors effectively.
• User and Business Alignment : Design solutions that address user needs and business goals, translating business requirements into customer-centric designs.
