We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing vendor relationships, driving contract-to-hire (C2H) hiring, handling high-volume recruitment, and leveraging tools and presentation skills to enhance hiring processes.
Experience : 4 - 10 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Management :
- Engage and manage third-party recruitment vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs.
- Negotiate terms and build strategic partnerships.
- C2H Hiring :
- Drive end-to-end C2H hiring processes across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast and fulfill C2H requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and conversion of C2H resources.
- Volume Hiring :
- Lead high-volume hiring drives for various roles across functions.
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns and walk-in drives.
- Maintain hiring metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Tools & Presentation Skills :
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools for tracking and reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and hiring reports for leadership reviews.
- Present hiring strategies, progress, and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in vendor management and C2H hiring.Strong exposure to volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
