Role Overview :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building and scaling Bhanzu's high-performing team. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all departments.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits packages
• Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent
• Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes
