Position - Legal Executive( Retainership)

Location - Thane, Maharashtra
Salary Range - 25000-35000 per month
Key Responsibilities : -
- Provide support in all legal affairs of the company.
- Draft and review contracts / agreements, notices, MOU etc.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in handling legal disputes.
- Manage all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the company.
- Prepare legal documentation as required.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and liaisoning teams as needed.
