We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and management of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and more. You will work on projects from the initial concept stage through to completion, ensuring that all designs and constructions are safe, sustainable, and meet regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications for civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, water and sewer systems, bridges, and buildings.
• Conduct site assessments to gather necessary data, including topography, soil conditions, and environmental considerations.
• Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) to create and refine design drawings and models.
• Perform calculations to ensure that designs meet safety and functional standards (e.g., structural loads, materials strength, and environmental considerations).
• Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and manage construction activities, providing technical guidance to construction teams and resolving issues as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure that all engineering designs and work meet local, state, and national building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO).
• Perform inspections and site audits to ensure that construction work complies with engineering designs and safety standards.
• Review permits, environmental impact assessments, and other regulatory documents to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering issues that arise during construction or operation.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies, including redesigns, alternative materials, or construction methods.
• Resolve design, construction, or operational problems efficiently and effectively.
• Design and implement sustainable engineering solutions, including green infrastructure, water management systems, and energy-efficient structures.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovations that could improve the performance or sustainability of civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, environmental engineers, and other professionals to integrate multidisciplinary designs into cohesive projects.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure that project goals and requirements are met.
• Provide technical advice and support to non-engineering teams and clients as needed.
