The Job

You will be responsible for :

Design and refine user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and translate them into design decisions.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

The Profile

Minimum of three years of experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role with proven UI / UX design experience and a strong portfolio of design projects, including products that are live in the market.

Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.

A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the product’s vision.
