ROLE SUMMARY :
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Associate Director – Marketing to lead our inbound marketing and leadgeneration efforts. You will be responsible for building and scaling marketing engine, driving thoughtleadership, and delivering measurable business impact through innovative digital campaigns.
This role requires closecollaboration with marketing agencies, pre-sales, solutions, and sales teams to create a high-quality pipeline thatsupports our ambitious growth goals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own and lead all digital marketing activities for People10 across platforms and channels.
- Build and manage the inbound marketing and lead generation function (team, tools, and processes).
- Lead & manage external agencies and vendors for key services.
- Develop and execute high-performance campaigns across content marketing, SEO / SEM, performance marketing, email, and webinars.
- Set and achieve qualified inbound lead targets using data-driven, effective strategies.
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
Demonstrated success in inbound lead generation for B2B tech or IT services companies.Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization.Proven experience in successfully managing a team of content writers, SEO experts and Inbound marketers.Should have led a similar role in a mid-size IT services companyExcellent understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and customer personas.Overall 9+ years of experience and min 3+ years in Digital marketing leadership roleComfortable with flexible work hours and occasional travel, if required.Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented mindset with a bias for action.Skills Required
