Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Trainer – Zoho and Tally

professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students on

Zoho Books and Tally Prime , ensuring they gain both practical knowledge on day to dat accosting activities.

You will play a key role in enhancing our internal capability and supporting client organizations in adopting technology-driven accounting and business management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training sessions on

Zoho (Books, CRM, One)

and

Tally Prime

for our training division and clients.

Develop structured training materials, manuals, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Assist in implementing Zoho and Tally solutions for clients, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.

Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and integrations in Zoho and Tally ecosystems.

Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement.

Collaborate with consultants to align training content with real-world business applications and compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ITR).

Support the digital transformation initiatives of clients through ERP training and process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Proven experience as a

Zoho and / or Tally trainer or implementation .

Strong hands-on knowledge of

Zoho Books and Tally Prime .

Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ITR preferred).

Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to design engaging training sessions and explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
