Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Process Associate. As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational processes within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurate data entry and validation using Microsoft Excel.
• Execute operational processes within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Customers.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and address discrepancies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
