Job descriptionCreate pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma. Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability. Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms. Design-to-Development Handoff Use tools like Figma’s Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs. Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs. Understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React / Flutter concepts) to better communicate with developers. Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind. Leverage AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL E, Galileo AI, Uizard) to speed up ideation and asset generation. Explore and prototype using no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow) for rapid validation. Contribute to maintaining and evolving a scalable design system. Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continuously improve craft. Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations. Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders. 3-5+ years of experience in UI / UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities. Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML / CSS, React concepts preferred). Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems. Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in no-code / low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble). Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience contributing to or managing a design system. Motion / interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins). Opportunity to work with experienced product designers, engineers, and product leaders.
