Tech Support Engineer

Join our team as a Tech Support Engineer where you'll provide technical support and maintenance for MDU Wi-Fi infrastructure. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of networking equipment, servers, and Wi-Fi

solutions for large residential and commercial complexes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support for configuring and maintaining networking devices such as Cisco routers, Peplink devices, and Ruckus access points.
• Support the setup and management of DHCP and DNS servers to handle large-scale networks.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues, from connectivity problems to server-related concerns.
• Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios.
• Assist with cloud-based management of network infrastructure, such as Peplink's InControl or Ruckus Cloud Wi-Fi.
• Ensure that network security measures are in place, including configuring VPNs, VLANs, and secure Wi-Fi access protocols.
• Update firmware and software for networking equipment, ensuring security patches are applied promptly.
• Use ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) for logging and tracking network incidents, service requests, and escalations.
