Job description Brief : Data Analyst (Insight Generation / Data Insights)

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid 3 days office)

Experience : 3 - 10 years (relevant)

Notice Period : Immediate joiners only

Banking domain experience :

Mandatory for Tier 2 / Tier 3 candidates.

Optional / Not Required - for Tier 1 candidates.

Role Overview :

Were hiring a Data Analyst specializing in banking analytics and insight generation. This role is less about reporting / visualization and more focused on deep analysis, SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale banking datasets using SQL.
Generate actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior, and risk.
Conduct deep-dives, ad-hoc analyses, and support stakeholders with recommendations.
Collaborate with business & tech teams in a hybrid setup.

Must-Have Skills :

3 - 10 years of relevant data analytics experience.

SQL expertise (complex queries, joins, query optimization).

Proficiency in Excel and one analytical tool (Python / R / SAS).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making also in Insight Generation.
